Description
The RT-ZC10, RT-ZC20 and RT-ZC30 current probes work with a separate power unit. The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZA13 supply is that unit. In short, “supply” here means an external current-probe power supply, and R&S lists it for exactly these three probes.

Four probe outputs on one panel
The R&S product photo shows a beige box with a power lamp and four sockets marked PROBE 1 to PROBE 4. So one unit appears to serve several current probes on the same bench. Still, confirm how many probes it can run at once with Lost in HCM before you plan a test.
Where the Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZA13 supply helps
Current probes such as the RT-ZC10, RT-ZC20 and RT-ZC30 show up in many power labs. For example, EV battery teams measure pack currents, while motor drive engineers watch phase currents. In addition, power electronics groups in Vietnam test inverters and welders over long runs. In each case, the supply keeps the probes powered while the scope records.
Not for the B models
R&S does not list the newer RT-ZC B models, such as the RT-ZC10B, for this supply. So treat the Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZA13 supply as a partner for the three listed probes only, unless Lost in HCM confirms otherwise.
