These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of smkvietnam.com (the “Site”), operated by SMK Vietnam, a marketing and business-solutions firm based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“SMK Vietnam”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Prices, availability, delivery, returns and after-sales service are set and handled by the retailer. The Site includes store features on the /store/ page, provided through WooCommerce and an Ecwid store widget.
