Description
The Snap-on TEXC3005TFU Torqometer is the standard chart version of this big T-handle head, and it comes without a certificate of calibration. If your quality file needs that document on arrival, look at the TEXC3005TFUC with a certificate instead. Mechanically, the two codes describe the same 1-1/2 inch drive head.

What the missing C means for the TEXC3005TFU
Snap-on’s CAT1500i tables carry a clear note. Wrenches in the chart ship without a certificate, and a C at the end of the stock number orders one. So the TEXC3005TFU and the TEXC3005TFUC share the dial, the scales and the drives. The only change is the document that travels with the head.
Plants that do well with the Snap-on TEXC3005TFU Torqometer
Some sites already own a torque bench or a transducer system that reaches 3,000 ft-lb. Their technicians verify each new tool before release, and they write an internal record. For them, a factory certificate repeats work the lab will do anyway. Likewise, a fleet that sends every new head to a contracted outside lab can skip the C version. In both cases, the Snap-on TEXC3005TFU Torqometer keeps cash free for handles, sockets or a second head.
When the certified TEXC3005TFUC is worth it
Choose the C code when an audit trail must start on delivery day. For example, a project QA plan may bar any gauge from site without a certificate. Similarly, incoming inspection at some FDI plants holds back a measuring tool that arrives with no document. In those cases, the extra paperwork saves a lab trip and a delay.

Ordering and care
Lost in HCM supplies the TEXC3005TFU in Vietnam and writes every quote. Name the handle you need, because Snap-on lists the T bar and the extension as options. Then request a quote from Lost in HCM, browse more torque wrench heads and adaptors, or contact SMK Vietnam. Once the head arrives, stay within its rated torque, and never use it to break fasteners loose.
TEXC3005TFU purchase FAQ
Can I get a certificate after delivery?
Your own lab or an outside lab can check the head and issue its report. However, if you want the Snap-on certificate in the box, order the TEXC3005TFUC code instead.
Does the dial read N·m?
No. The scales read ft-lb and kg·m. Multiply a kg·m value by about 9.81 for N·m.
Is a signal version listed?
Yes. The same CAT1500i row lists the TEXC3005TL, which uses a signal light rather than a second needle.
