Description
High-strength M12 bolts on European machines can need more torque than a J head allows. The Snap-on QYOM19A open end head handles them on a Y-shank (0.560 in) body, with a limit of 138 ft-lb. Since the jaw enters from the side, it also reaches nuts on studs and threaded rods.

A close match: QYOM19A and the QD3IN200B
The QD3IN200B reads 40 to 200 N·m, or 37 to 140 ft-lb. Its top end lands just 2 ft-lb above the QYOM19A limit. So almost the whole scale is usable, and you only stop at about 187 N·m. That makes the pairing a tidy choice for mixed M12 work.
Limit confirmed by two Snap-on books
The QYOM19A row in CAT1500i shows 138 ft-lb. The UK torque brochure gives 1,650 in-lb, which equals 137.5 ft-lb. So the rating is safe to plan around. Also, the X-shank QXOM19A shares the same value in both sources, so the Y kit gives up nothing at 19 mm.
Hardware sized for the Snap-on QYOM19A open end head
M12 nuts measure 19 mm in DIN 934 and the older JIS table, against 18 mm under ISO 4032. In addition, ISO 8434-1 uses a 19 mm nut on 10L and 8S tube. So the QYOM19A suits older European presses, older Japanese equipment and many hydraulic power units. The two Snap-on books print different width and depth figures, so try a plain 19 mm spanner in the space first.
Preset Y bodies for repeat QYOM19A joints
On a line, one M12 value may repeat hundreds of times a shift. A preset Y body suits that work well. The QC3P150 covers 30 to 150 ft-lb, and the QC3P200 covers 40 to 200 ft-lb. With either one, keep the preset at or below 138 ft-lb whenever the QYOM19A sits on the tube. Note that CAT1500i supplies these presets without a calibration certificate, while the QD3IN200B includes one.

SMK Vietnam lists the QYOM19A for its partner Lost in HCM, which supplies it and sends the quote. Request a quote from Lost in HCM and state your Y body and the M12 spec. Then check torque wrench heads and adaptors for the 18 mm jaw, or contact SMK Vietnam.
Before you buy the QYOM19A: FAQ
Why pair the QYOM19A with a QD3IN200B?
That body tops out at 140 ft-lb, just over the head limit. So you can use nearly all of its scale.
Will an 18 mm ISO M12 nut fit the QYOM19A?
No, it would sit loose in a 19 mm jaw. Choose the QYOM18A for those nuts.
How many N·m can the QYOM19A take?
About 187 N·m, converted from 138 ft-lb.
