One detail is worth a question. Snap-on’s catalog notes that A-suffix models have roll-marked tubes, and this is a B-suffix model. So ask Lost in HCM to describe the scale marking on the unit it supplies.
Picking a Y-shank head for the QD3IN200B
The Y shank measures 0.560 in, which makes it thicker than the J shank on the QD2IN models. Snap-on’s standard Y heads place the fastener 3.00 in out from the retaining pin. Because matched heads share that distance, the body needs no correction with them. Even so, some Y heads sit further out, for example the SL ratchet head at 4.43 in.
