Description
Many plants own a TTC torque bench and a drawer full of force gauges that nobody checks in-house. The Snap-on TTC26302 force arm kit helps close that gap. It is the base hardware that lets a TTC bench push and pull in a straight line, so it can load force instruments as well as wrenches.

Why a torque bench can test force
Snap-on states that its TTC600 and TTC800 loaders, with TTC series transducers, can deliver compression and tension loads. In addition, the TTC610 and TTC810 indicators measure, store and analyze force inputs. They also show force units such as lbf, ozf, N, dN, kp and gf. So the electronics already speak force. What the bench lacks is the arm and fixture work, and the TTC26302 supplies it.
How the Snap-on TTC26302 force arm kit fits the force range
Snap-on groups four parts under force testing equipment:
| Part | Catalog name |
|---|---|
| TTC2600 | Tensiometer Testing Kit |
| TTC2610 | Tension Gauge Testing Kit |
| TTC2620 | Compression Gauge Testing Kit |
| TTC26302 | Force Arm Kit |
The first three match a gauge type. The arm kit, however, is the shared piece. Snap-on’s older UK brochure lists the force arm kit as TTC2630 and says one serves any force testing kit. Therefore, a lab normally buys one arm kit and then adds the gauge kits it needs. Confirm with Lost in HCM that this still holds for the TTC26302.
One rule to plan around with the TTC26302
Snap-on notes that force testing works only with single transducers. It cannot run on the TTC400 4-in-1 multi transducer. For that reason, check which single TTC transducers you own before you plan force work. Then match the transducer range to the gauges you want to verify.
Who gets the most from the Snap-on TTC26302 force arm kit
- Electronics plants that check pull gauges for wire and connector tests.
- Automotive suppliers that verify push gauges on press and fit stations.
- Maintenance teams that look after cable tension meters.
- QA labs that want one bench, one indicator and one set of records for torque and force.

Snap-on TTC26302 force arm kit FAQ
Do I need one arm kit for each force testing kit?
Snap-on’s older brochure says one force arm kit serves any of the force kits. Lost in HCM can confirm this for the TTC26302.
Can I run force tests with the TTC400 transducer?
No. Snap-on says force testing works only with single transducers, not the TTC400 4-in-1 unit.
Which loaders can apply force loads?
Snap-on names the TTC600 manual loader and the TTC800 motorized loader, used with TTC series transducers.
