Description
Some joints need less torque than a hand can feel. For example, think of sensor screws, PCB standoffs, small terminal blocks and plastic housings. The Snap-on CTECH1MR100 torque wrench targets that zone, because it starts at just 5 in-lb. It is a ControlTech Industrial Micro electronic wrench with a 1/4″ drive and a 5-100 in-lb range.

What 5-100 in-lb means in other units
Many drawings in Vietnam come from Japanese, Korean or European parents, so they quote N·m. On the CTECH1MR100, 5-100 in-lb equals 0.57-11.30 N·m, or 0.42-8.33 ft-lb. In other words, it covers the light end of most fastening specs. For targets above about 11 N·m, however, the 12-240 in-lb CTECH1MR240 is the next size.
Accuracy at the bottom of the CTECH1MR100 scale
Snap-on rates the Micro range at ±2% clockwise and ±3% counterclockwise from 20% to 100% of full scale. Between 5% and 19%, the band widens to ±4% and ±6%. So on this model the tight band starts at 20 in-lb. If most of your targets sit under 20 in-lb, then plan your tolerance with the wider figure in mind. Also, choose a wrench whose scale puts your usual value well above that point.
