Description
Two channels cover more bench work than most people expect. The Tektronix TBS2072B oscilloscope offers 70 MHz bandwidth, two analog channels and a 9-inch color display. Put one probe on a stimulus and one on the response, and you can see exactly what a circuit does. Lost in HCM lists it for rental and sale, with service on request.

Stimulus in, response out
A second channel turns a single trace into a comparison. For example, you can watch a gate drive signal beside the load voltage it switches. You can also check a sensor output against the clock that samples it. Besides, because both traces share one timebase, delays between them are easy to read.

Sample rate and active channels
The maximum rate is 2 GS/s with half the channels active, and 1 GS/s with all channels active. On this two-channel model, that means 2 GS/s with one channel on and 1 GS/s with both on. So switch off the channel you do not need when edge detail matters.
Probes and grounding
The TekVPI interface works with compatible probes, so first confirm the exact probe requirements for your test. Also keep in mind that a conventional passive-probe ground lead must never touch a live mains conductor or an arbitrary floating node. Use a differential or isolated measurement system when the circuit needs one.
Renting or buying the Tektronix TBS2072B oscilloscope
A teaching lab, a repair bench or a short bring-up project may only need a scope for a few weeks. In that case a rental makes sense. However, a team that debugs boards every day may prefer to buy. Please request a quote from Lost in HCM with your probe needs, accessories and delivery date. Lost in HCM also confirms calibration status and included accessories in the quote. So you can find more oscilloscopes on the category page, and you can contact SMK Vietnam for advice. The Tektronix website lists the TBS2000B series data.
Tektronix TBS2072B oscilloscope questions
Is 70 MHz enough for my signals?
It suits low-frequency analog and digital timing work. Choose a bandwidth comfortably above the fastest edge or highest frequency you must see.
Why does the sample rate change?
The 2 GS/s rate applies with one channel on. With both channels on, the maximum is 1 GS/s.
Which probes work with it?
Compatible TekVPI probes work with it. Confirm the exact probe requirements for your test before you order.
