Some 15 mm fittings need more torque than a light J tool can hold. The Snap-on QYXM15A box end head answers that with a closed 12-point ring on the Y (0.560 in) shank. Snap-on rates it at 1,770 in-lb, which works out to about 147.5 ft-lb or 200 N·m. Hydraulic adapters and hose ends on imported machines are typical jobs for it.

The QD3IN200B is the simplest match, since no setting on it can pass the ring rating. On the presets, however, mark the cap on the job card so the next shift keeps it.
Reach, width and depth of the QYXM15A
The ring measures 22 mm across and 10 mm deep. Thus it needs about 11 mm from the fastener center to a wall. The Y series also holds the fastener 3.00 in from the locking pin, half an inch further than a J ring. That longer reach changes the torque at the nut slightly. So ask Lost in HCM whether your click body needs a setting change for it.
