Description
At full current, this system tops out at 12.5 V. The Keysight RP7933A power system offers 10 kW of regenerative DC power with a 20 V ceiling and a ±800 A rating. It drives 800 A into a device, and it also absorbs that current back. Three-phase 200/208 VAC feeds it. Lost in HCM lists it for rental and sale.

Check the voltage ceiling first
This model stops at 20 V, so your device has to run at or below that level. Low-voltage vehicle subsystems, bidirectional converters and industrial power modules fit the range. However, a device that runs above 20 V needs a higher-voltage model from the RP7900 family instead.
The 12.5 V point and the 500 A point
Twenty volts at 800 A would be 16 kW, but the rating stops at 10 kW. So at the full 800 A the voltage reaches 12.5 V. At 20 V, the current reaches 500 A. Plot your own test points on that curve, and then you can see which ones the Keysight RP7933A power system can hold.
Raise the limits in steps
Begin with low limits and a protected fixture between the system and the device. Then raise the limits step by step, and watch the energy flow in both directions. Qualified personnel should write the isolation, discharge and emergency-stop routine before the first run. In addition, follow the operating guide for earth, AC protection, DC cable size, polarity, remote sensing and interlocks.
Energy goes back to the facility
Regeneration returns the energy the system absorbs to a compatible facility supply. Endurance and cycling work benefit most, because less heat stays in the test cell. The site must permit that flow, so get electrical approval before installation. Plan throughput, thermal management, automation and result storage around it.

RP7933A questions on current and voltage
What voltage can I reach at 800 A?
About 12.5 V, because 10 kW divided by 800 A gives that figure.
Can the system return energy to the building supply?
Yes, it regenerates absorbed energy to a compatible facility supply. The site must permit that flow.
What should I list in a rental request?
Name the application, the ranges, the interfaces, the accessories, the dates and the delivery city.
