Reading the 750 V rating
Because of the power limit, the top voltage and the top current never apply together. For example, at 750 V the limit leaves room for only about 6.7 A. At 400 V you can draw about 12.5 A, and the full 20 A needs 250 V or less. So plan your operating points on that curve, not on the two headline numbers.
