Description
An autoranging module trades fixed limits for a power-limited envelope. The Keysight N6751A DC power module is a 50 W autoranging unit rated 50 V and 5 A, in one slot for N6700 and N6705 systems. Lost in HCM lists it for rental and sale.
How the 50 W envelope works
Voltage and current each have a ceiling, yet rated power caps their product. Divide 50 W by your test voltage to see the current you can draw.

So the full 5 A is available only at 10 V or below. Check each operating point of your device against the Keysight data sheet.
Why choose the Keysight N6751A DC power module for mixed rails
Because the output autoranges, one Keysight N6751A DC power module can serve a low-voltage logic rail at high current. It can also serve a higher-voltage rail at low current. That helps a bench where the device under test changes often. In addition, the output responds in 0.1 ms, which is quicker than the basic modules in the same family.
Control and sensing
You can adjust the slew rate, run LIST mode and log data. Arbitrary waveform generation is also on the list. As a result, a script can ramp a rail and record the response in one run. Four-wire remote sense then compensates for voltage drop in the leads.
