Two rails, or one at 120 V
Each output is rated 200 W, so the pair delivers up to 400 W. In auto-series mode the unit joins the outputs internally for loads that need up to 120 V. Four-wire remote sense on the outputs corrects for voltage drop in long leads, and programming settles in about 50 ms.
Reading the autoranging limits
The ratings are not a rectangle. Power caps the product of voltage and current, so the usable current falls as voltage climbs. The sums below follow from the 200 W per output rating and the 400 W combined rating.

No. Each output is rated 200 W, so 60 V and 10 A would be 600 W. At 60 V an output tops out near 3.3 A, and it reaches 10 A at 20 V.
