Two channels also fit switching jobs well. Put one probe on the gate drive and the other on the switch node, then compare their timing on a single trigger.

Probe loading and deskew

At 200 MHz the probe becomes part of the circuit. For example, its capacitance can change the very edge you want to see. Therefore, choose probes by bandwidth, loading, voltage, current and isolation. If you compare two channels in time, ask about deskew as well, because cable and probe delays differ.

Not quite. Bandwidth is the point where the display starts to fall away. So for accurate edges, choose a figure several times above the signal content.

Does the Keysight DSOX2022A oscilloscope need differential probes?

For power work, however, often yes. Differential voltage probes and current probes belong to the complete system, and the quote should itemize them.
