Keysight identifies the DSOX2004A as a 70 MHz model with four analog channels in the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series. Across the family, Keysight lists up to 2 GSa/s and 1 Mpts of memory depth. However, the record length you receive depends on the mode, the options and the firmware.

Four inputs also let you park one probe on a trigger source while the others roam. As a result, you can follow a signal through a circuit without losing your reference.

What 70 MHz covers

Seventy megahertz handles supply rails, moderate PWM, sensors and many slower serial buses. However, fast memory buses and quick serial links need far more bandwidth. So match the figure to your fastest edge, not to the clock rate on a datasheet.
